Product Details
A special gentle giant giraffe that's ready to party. A mixed media sculpture primarily made of Cosclay. Painted using a variety of acrylics and final coats of polyurethane varnish. Wires help to accessorize and give this giraffe panache. The giraffe mounts on her wooden stand and has special heavy gauge armature wires that run from inside of her legs into the base to ensure that she stands tall and proud. Completely handmade, the Cosclay is formed atop a foil armature then baked several times during the creation to cure the clay.
**This giraffe is not a toy and should not be given to small children to play with.
***Also, this should not be displayed outside. Over time the elements will wear away the protective coats of clear varnish and ultimately the paints. Best to enjoy this whimsical giraffe indoors. The paints are lightfast so it's ok to place the giraffe in a window.
