The Bayside Gallery is happy to offer a 15 day return policy. Due to the nature of handmade products, each and every piece is unique and may vary from the image shown on the website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and its original packaging. Be sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@baysidegallery.com or call us at 231-271-4975. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Return of online purchases can also be made in the store.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can correct the issue.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds: You will be refunded based on your original payment method. Note: we will credit you at once, but it can take as long as 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
