Made of borosilicate glass, these colorful feeders are easy to clean. Tagged with instructions on preparation of nectar, as well as care of feeder. About 12" tall including feeder tube. Hummingbirds (HB10) sold separately.
We recommend the following steps to remedy/reduce any dripping from the feeding tube:
Always fill the feeder almost completely, leaving just enough room for the cork. This helps create a bit of back-suction to reduce dripping. Nectar solution should be cool when filling.
Make sure the feeder tube is inserted all the way into the rubber stopper. The end of the tube should be flush with the small end of the stopper.
Insert the stopper tightly into the feeder.
Make sure the feeder is not in direct sunlight, which causes expansion of the contents and can lead to dripping
Giving a bit more bend to the plastic tube can help. Remove and warm the tube either with hot water or hot air like a blow-dryer. Bend the tube enough to constrict the passageway slightly at the bend, but not enough to close it.
